The app is very user friendly. I’m also so impressed with the meal plan! There are so many options to customize it, and it creates a grocery list automatically! The workouts are clear and easy to follow, and completely customized.

I really enjoy the goal-oriented aspect of it. Being able to achieve small goals (like 5 runs and you get a star) is huge when trying to lose weight, or even just form a habit. I also like the unique food options provided, some of them are things I would never think to try.

Favorite workout EVER!!

This program has been great at working with me to build endurance! I always wanted to be a runner but felt it was too hard every time I tried by myself. This app challenges me, but not too much to where I feel like I’m a failure. It challenges me to the point where I’m tired but I enjoy it so much I usually run for a few more minutes! Wish I had found this app sooner!
