Very simple- at almost 80 years old I am slow and steady- still walking around the neighborhood on sidewalks every other day- not ready for sprints. Watching meals. Mostly this program motivates me to be kind to myself and keep moving. When it snows soon, I have a hardly used treadmill that is beginning to look interesting. Thanks for the subtle motivation.

Move It Before You Lose It
