It has been the best thing I have ever tried, and I never thought I could do this, but I have been able to be consistent and that trills me. I so far have lost 10lbs. I do have a lot more to go, but finally seeing some results has made me a believer it can be done.

Easy and Flexible

At age 68, I have tried many different approaches to weight loss. I only need to lose 10 pounds, and I'm only 4'11", so extreme and expensive programs didn't interest me. Intermittent fasting is something I had heard about, but was not interested in. My main problem is "thoughtless eating". Grabbing something small when I wasn't even hungry, or finishing my grandchildren's food. Because of the flexibility of Beyond Body, I could create my own schedule. No food is off limits, but I soon learned what foods were a waste of calories! I lost two pounds the first 4 days!
