FastHabit app helps you get started with intermittent fasting and build new habits that allow you to lose weight, feel better, and stay healthy. 

What sets FastHabit apart is its laser focus on customizable fasting programs. You can set reminders to start your fast and get notifications when it’s complete. You can sync the app with your Apple Watch.

You can get your ten-day snapshots and “streaks” notifications to check how many days you have fasted. You can use the calendar to track your activity too.

FastHabit offers syncing with iCloud to store your data by using your Apple Watch; however, the app still shows signs of glitches where users’ Apple Watch doesn’t synchronize with the phone app. 

At the moment, the app needs updates to fix these issues.
