Just like many intermittent fasting apps, Window offers a reliable fasting tracker. 

You can log your weight, daily water intake, meals, and mood so you could form new habits. 

Window offers free and premium versions for Android and iOS users. The free version includes most of the essential features except the selection of fasting plans, weight tracking, and daily notes.

The app needs improvements to fix common issues such as crashes or infinite loading screens. It would be nice to see if they could add personalized meal or workout plans for each user, so they could enjoy their diet without restrictions.
