South Beach Diet (SBD) is a doctor-designed, foolproof plan for fast and healthy weight loss. Similarly, like keto, its meals are rich in proteins, fats and are low in carbs; therefore, your body’s metabolism changes.

SBD asks you to complete an assessment to create a personalized low-carb meal plan for you.

Basically, SBD is a food delivery service that allows you to order meals according to your personalized meal plan and stay healthy. This service is available in all 50 states, and people who subscribe through the official SBD website will have a free shipping option (FedEx delivery with tracking number) with their subscription orders.SBD’s meal plans are simple enough to stick with. The diet consists of two parts. The first one focuses on fat burning instead of carbs in the first several days or weeks.
