Aaptiv is available offline and features audio-based instructions from certified personal trainers to guide you through the workouts, and musical inspiration.
For exercises that you may not be familiar with, the app includes video demonstrations, and adds 30+ new classes every week, and 2,500+ trainer-led, music-driven workouts. The app also features fitness classes for every level, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), music playlists, and half marathon, 10K, and 5K training programs.
